Hi...I just lost 6 hours of work as I had downloaded the app and now when I go to it on my mobile, it just shows qb and can't scroll to anything to recover my work? Thanks for any helpful input

Your time is one of the most valuable assets and I'll be happy to give you a hand with the issue you're having. It' vital you're able to retrieve your data so you can continue working and enjoy the amazing features offered in the app. 

 

Based on what you've described, I recommend completely exiting out of the app and re-opening it again. By doing this, it gives your app a chance to refresh so it displays the latest data on your account. If you're still unable to scroll, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. When you reinstall the app, the app will be updated to the latest version if you need to update it.
