Question

Hi I use 2 screens at work but only 1 screen at home. when I open QB at home, it shows as open on the task bar but it doesn't show up on the laptop screen?

Thanks for contacting us. Don't worry, I'll help you with your QuickBooks. What happens when you click on the QuickBooks icon on the taskbar? Does the program come up on your screen?

If I right click, I see a window open but when I click on it, nothing happens.  thus I can see its open, but I can't get it to show on my screen. its like it thinks there is another screen connected. but I check in my control panel and it shows only one screen is connected.

PS. I'm using the same laptop at work and at home.
