Hi, the feature of bank payments does not work and does not recognize the code you send! Can anyone tell me what the bug is about?

Bank Payments (beta feature) connects to the bank but does not recognize the code sent by QB itself for finalizing. no matter how I enter the code (copy-paste or entering manually) or how I receive it (call/SMS).

Bank Payments is a great way to add new ways to have customers pay you directly through the invoice itself. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction to get support on this.

 

In order to troubleshoot this new feature you'll need to contact our support team by phone. You can reach them by scheduling a call back using these steps:

 

Schedule a Callback: Click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose ​​​​​​Get a callback.
