Question

Hi there, after sync with RBC, there are at least 2 months of bank record missing at quickbooks. What do I do now?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

If you're seeing an error message when trying to update transactions, you can follow the steps outlined in this article. There are steps for all errors in general, as well as links towards steps for specific error numbers shown within error messages. You can also check the bank feed status page to see if the error message shown is a known issue with your bank.

Hi,

 

THanks. QB did not send me any error notice - it just sync and did not show any data for a few months (definitely missing from the bank record). Can you please let me know what we can do about it? Thx.
