Lets start with price rules. When making a transaction in QuickBooks Online you can set up price rules. What this does is allow you to set up a price that you want to sell a product at which is different then the normal price. An example is if you have a VIP program that gets a customer 5 dollars off on a specific items. In order to set up price rules you can follow the steps in this article. You can have as many price rules you want on a transaction but only one per line item. As for bulk editing vendors at this time you are only able to edit vendors one by one and not by bulk.
