I know how important it is to be able to print your reconciliation report in QuickBooks Online. This will help you keep both a digital and physical copy of some of your most important documents. If you're running into an issue when printing the report, I'll help explain what may be happening. 

We've recently been made aware of an ongoing issue regarding printing the reconciliation report from the QuickBooks Online desktop app. Our engineers are working on getting things back up and running as quickly as possible, and they're recommending the use of an alternative browser in the meantime. 

If you're using the QBO desktop app, try using Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Firefox.
