How can I cancel access to a company that was provided by the owner of the business

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I'd be happy to give you hand with canceling access to a company in QuickBooks Online. To do this, follow the steps below: 

  1.     From the Gear icon, select Manage Users. If you can’t select this, you don’t have permission to manage other users. Contact an admin user for help.
  2.     Find the user you want to delete. Select the small arrow icon in the Action column.
  3.     Select Delete, then select Delete again in the confirmation window.  

Note: The history for your users is available in your audit log, even after you delete a user.
