How can I change the displayed language from English to French?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Thanks for reaching out to us here. Making sure you're preferred language is used for your QuickBooks account is important. There are 2 places you can change the language.  First option is for your QuickBooks account, second option determines which language your customers would like to receive their invoices. Chose the option that best fits your needs:

 To change the language of your QuickBooks account:

1. Click the Gear icon, and then choose Account and settings.
2. Select Advanced, and then go to the Language section.
3. Click the pencil icon to edit, and then choose the desired language from the drop-down.
4. Select Save, and then Done 

To change the language for your customers:

1- Head to Get paid & pay
2- Click on Customers
3- Select the customer you would like to change the language for
4- Scroll down to the Payments section
5- From the Language drop down, select the desired language
6- Hit Save
