How can I change the ONLINE login icon/name? I have multiple companies (SAME company with USA & Canadian Division) set up ONLINE. They have same icon (same name).

Hi there accounting-arrow,

 

It's awesome that you're using QuickBooks Online for both the Canadian and USA divisions of the company. I hope that the program is meeting your needs in both areas. It sounds like you might be interested in having all of these subscriptions under the same login credentials, which I'd be happy to go over here for you.

 

While it is possible to have multiple companies under the same login credentials, the important detail to keep in mind here is that you have Canadian and US companies. QuickBooks Online Canada and QuickBooks Online US are separate products with separate billing platforms. In light of that, trying to put them all under the same login credentials will cause problems in the system. Your user ID and other information are linked to the billing for the product you're using and it doesn't sync with multiple billing platforms.

 

If each of your Canadian subscriptions are under one login and each of the US ones are under another, that's great! You can simply keep using the accounts as normal and using the Switch Company feature through the Gear icon to access the other accounts associated with that login.
