How can i delete a cancelled company ?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online is a great tool to have, it allows you to have multiple QuickBooks subscriptions under the same login credentials. It's important that you have only the accounts you need. I can provide some information on Cancelled accounts.

When you cancel a QuickBooks Online subscription, It stays in your list of cancelled companies for Twelve months. After Twelve months your company will be completely deleted from our system. I see how having the option to delete cancelled companies could be beneficial for you, I recommend leaving feedback by navigating to the Gear icon and selecting Feedback. These comments are considered by our Engineers as they develop new feature for QuickBooks.
