Hi everyone,

I would like to display "CAD$ " (CAD + $) in the invoice as the example below instead of "CAD". I am using the QuickBooks desktop. How can I do it?

Subtotal: CAD $ 000.00
Grand Total: CAD $ 000.00

Thank You!

Hi Day2,

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks offers the flexibility you need in order to manage your accounting with with peace of mind.   It's important you're able to get the help you need and I'll be glad to share more information so you're on the right track.

In QuickBooks Desktop, there's currently no option for setting the preference you're hoping for as this is a default setting within the program.  If you'd like to see the option to change the CAD$ format moving forward, you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team from the Help menu > Send Feedback Online.

Please feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions.  We'd be glad to assist!
