You may need to download the data from your bank and import them manually. Another option, utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.

QuickBooks Online downloads the last month of transactions for you directly from the bank you have connected to your account. You can go further back by downloading the transactions directly from your bank and upload them into your QuickBooks account. You can do that by following the steps in this link. Since you're only looking for one transaction however, you'll also need to exclude the ones you already have or don't need. This can be done by following the steps here. You can also look into a third party app as Fiat has stated by going to our Apps page on the left hand menu bar.
