How can I get my company list to show more than 4 companies at a time?

How can I get all of my companies to show up in the list.  Only 4 show up at the same time.

Hi Brenda52,

 

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online provides the flexibility needed to manage and view your accounts. I'll be happy to provide the info you need so you're on the right track with your work. 

 

The program allows you to manage more than one subscription using the same email address. You can utilize the Switch Company feature that allows you to switch between companies with the same email. It's important note that the program isn't designed to open all four companies and once but you can switch among the accounts. Here's how to switch companies:

 

  1. Select Settings .
  2. Under Profile/Your Company, select Switch Company.
  3. From the list, select the company you want to switch to.

i swear quickbooks, for being a multibillion company, have a lot of dumb monkeys working for them.

 

people ask how to "show" more then 4.... 

 

NOT OPEN multiple company at the same time. just list more then 4 company to pick from.

 

and you went and copy/paste how to switch company. Are you guys even reading the question or are you guys too stupid to understand the questions? i see like of answers to question from QuickBooks that make no sense like this all the time....stop hiring monkeys
