How can I import an older version of QB, I am currently using QB 2008 Contractor edition and would like to move to the online version?

You have to upgrade your old data gradually to supported desktop version (2017-2020) prior to migrate to QBO. Call Intuit Data Service to help you convert it. Otherwise, you may purchase a 3rd party conversion service and get your data in 2020 version. You may check the converted file on QuickBooks trial 2020 then migrating it once you are ready into QBA Canada.
