How can I memorize transactions? How to do copy of Jurnal Entry? When I do trasactions manualy how QB can memorize previouse account for Payee?

QuickBooks Online is designed to simplify your accounting and save you time, so you can focus on growing your business. One of the best ways to enhance this even further is by using the automation features included. 1. Open the journal entry in question. 
2. To copy: Click More at the bottom and choose Copy.
3. To save as a template: Click Make recurring (choose Unscheduled makes it easy to use at any time).
