How can I modify or turn off keyboard shortcuts in the QuickBooks app? They're global shortcuts and they interfere with my existing shortcuts.

Using keyboard shortcuts allows you to speed up navigation within QuickBooks and it's important they don't interfere with other shortcuts on your computer. QuickBooks is designed to help simplify the way you handle your accounting and I'd be glad to share more info so you can get back to doing what you love. 

At this time, there isn't a way to turn off the keyboard shortcuts on the desktop app. In order to stop the shortcuts from interfering with other functions on your computer, I recommend accessing QuickBooks Online using a browser. Once you have QuickBooks open in a browser, you can minimize the browser and this stops the shortcuts from interfering. I know how important it is to have the ability to turn off shortcuts and I recommend sending this as feedback to our engineers. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback.
