How can I print pdfs of previous pay stubs? The online instructions say Navigate to File, then select Print Forms, but I cannot find File in the menu.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to print previous paystubs effortlessly.  I'd be glad to assist!

Follow these steps to print the paystubs;

1. Open Payroll, then Employees from the left menu

2. Click on Paycheque list, under Run Payroll

3. Use the ▼ dropdown menu on the Filter button to select the Employee(s) and Date range 

4. Hit Apply

5. Checkmark the boxes to select all employees

6. Hit Print
