Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to update your subscription information without error.  QuickBooks Online has the flexibility you need when it comes to your billing.  I'll be happy to help with your subscription payment.

 

When updating your billing information, error 81622 can be resolved after clearing cache on your browser.  Once you've completed the process, log into your account using a private or incognito browser.  Other preferred browsers include Safari, Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox.  If the issue persists, confirm that you're entering the correct information for the account you're paying the subscription from.  You  may need to contact your financial institution to ensure there's no messages that need attention prior to completing the steps to pay for your QuickBooks Online subscription.
