Hello Garolli,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I can see how having the information in your QuickBooks Desktop company sync with your QuickBooks Online subscription would be helpful. There isn't a way to do that, but I'd like to go over how you can migrate your company file from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online if you'd like to do that.

Migrating your company file from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online is a straightforward way to move a majority of the data from your QBDT company file into an empty QBO company. You can only move a company file into QBO within 60 days of signing up, and the company file should be empty, with no transactions or data entered into it. If you've been using your QBO subscription this might not be the right option for you, but if you'd like to bring your data over, this article will go over all the steps: Migrating from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

If it's a constant sync that you're looking for to keep your transactions matched up or your account balances the same, that isn't an option. You may have luck finding a 3rd-party app that does something along those lines, so navigate to the Apps tab to take a look. I'd also encourage you to send feedback to our product development team on this if it's something you'd like to see incorporated into our programs. Within QBO you can navigate to the Gear icon, and hit Feedback. In QuickBooks Desktop, go to the Help menu, then select Send Feedback Online.

I wish you all the best. Have a great weekend!
