How can I track mileage in the background, without opening the QuickBooks Online Accountant, only using Apple Car Play?Note: This had worked really well in 2023

I never had turned on the mobile QuickBooks App last year. It seemed to get the data directly from my Apple Car Play. But stopped working after Jan 2, 2024. Why?

Thanks for joining us in the Community. QuickBooks is designed to help you track your mileage and I'll be happy to share more info so you're on the right track. 

 

In order to successfully track the mileage, you'll need to have the app running in the background. With this info, that explains why the mileage hasn't been tracking on your end.
