How can my accountant access my quickbooks account? She said "Thanks for the code – I entered it but then the page showed an error again." How do I fix that?

First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? To invite an accountant, follow these steps: 

1.     Go to the Gear Icon.
2.     Choose Manage Users.
3.     Select the Accountant tab.
4.     Click the Invite Accountant link.
5.     Enter your accountant's login information.
6.     Click Save.
