How can we print supplier credit in pdf to send a copy to our vendor?

Welcome to Community!  I can see how beneficial it would be to have the ability to print supplier credits in QuickBooks Online.  Although there isn't an option directly on the credit memo, there is a way to accomplish your goal.  I'd be glad to show you how!

Open the credit memo and scroll to the bottom.  Select More, then click on Transaction Journal.  Once this opens, you'll be able to select an Export option. The item can be exported in Excel, CSV or PDF format.  If you would like to have the print option directly on the credit memo screen, please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion to our Development Team.  Customer recommendations are a huge part of future updates and feature enhancements, and are greatly appreciated in assisting us with improving your overall customer experience with QuickBooks Online.
