How come I can’t see my transactions? Althought my balance is showing correct.

Thank you for joining Community.  The QuickBooks Online Development Team are aware of the issue you've described.  It appears to be associated with the new multi factor authentication process and is being investigated, so we can get this resolved as soon as possible.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: Select the ? in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
