How do I add another printer

Choice is a large part of the experience we offer at QuickBooks. Whether that choice is what template to use for an invoice, to what printer you print from. Not only do we offer the choice, we also make it easy to use. I can definitely help you through this to get the right printer selected.

Once the printer is installed, you'll just need to print the invoice or page as you would normally. Before you finish you'll get an option to select what printer to use. Select the one you installed from the drop down menu and press print.
