How do i change an employees address when getting an error?

The error i am getting is "We found ONTARIO in AB, but weren't able to match Edmonton or T5G 1V8. Try spelling out the county name or leaving it blank." 
when i try to edit other employees i do not get the same error.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'll be glad to point you in the right direction so you can enter your employee's address with ease using the powerful payroll module in QuickBooks. 

 

To get started, I recommend checking on the Canada Post website to ensure that the address you're entering in QuickBooks is showing up on the Canada Post website. Here's the link to the site: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/info/mc/personal/postalcode/fpc.jsf. Once you've verified that the address is appearing on the Canada Post site, I suggest troubleshooting this issue by clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens.
