Hi there Oleg6,
It's great to hear that you successfully downloaded your bank statement into QuickBooks Desktop! I know the banking feeds feature can make working with your transactions that much easier, so it's good that you're able to take advantage of this feature with your bank. I'll help you with the next steps once it's downloaded.
There are two ways to download the banking transactions to load them into QuickBooks Desktop. One is by going to the banking website via web browser and downloading them that way, and the other can be completed in the program through the Bank Feeds feature. It sounds to me like you're using the second of the two options, which gives you the button Go to my bank's website. When you use this option, it'll open the browser via QuickBooks Desktop, and you can use the maximize, minimize, and close icons to deal with that window as you'd like.
If you're not seeing that right away, it could be that the window is maximized, in which case, things appear a bit differently. Here's a visual of the icons you'd be working with in that instance.
By clicking any of those, you'll be working with the window that acted as the browser.
Give that a shot and let me know how it goes. For your reference, here's our article about working with bank downloads: Download Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop
Take care!
