How do I convert online QuickBooks to desktop QuickBooks? Whenever I click on the gear icon to start the process in internet explorer, it disappears. Help?

Company only provides the migration feature for QBO US version. If you are using QBO CA version, you have two options:

1. Using the migration tools (e.g exporter for QBO and importer for QBD)
