How do I delete a personal tax client? I have read the QBO help but I do not have the option to "permanently delete" a client in my Client Actions. QBO created wrong.

It's always a pleasure to see new faces in the Community, Welcome! QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help keep your books balanced. I would be happy to provide some information.

Being able to manage clients without running into any issues is important. Here is a helpful guide that will show you how to Manage clients in QuickBooks Online Accountant. In addition, you'll also need to make sure your spouse is not using the same email address as your firm.  Once you've removed them from the client list, you should be able to send an accountant invite from your books. If you require further assistance, I recommend reaching out to our support team outside of the Community.
