How do I display a list of latest transactions? It used to be by clicking on a magnifying glass but now it gives me the list of recent searches

QuickBooks Online is an awesome tool to take advantage of for your business. It's a great idea to use the Magnifying Glass tool to review recent transactions you've made. I'd be happy to shed some light on this for you.

When I test this out in my account, I still see recent transactions in the Magnifying Glass tool. If you're not seeing this on your end, I'd recommend some browser troubleshooting to restore the feature. 

1. Clear your cache and cookies to remove any stored Internet files that have built up in your browser. This will give your browser a fresh start without any bugs or latency issues.

2. Try using an Incognito Window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs separately from the rest of your browser. 

3. Try using an alternative browser all together. 

If you're still not seeing your recent transactions in the Magnifying Glass tool, I'd suggest reaching out to our tech support team. An agent can more thoroughly investigate this. 

In the meantime, you can use the Audit Log to review all the activity in your account, including recent transactions. To find the Audit Log, click the Gear icon > Audit Log.
