Hello dc34,

Accurate bookkeeping is an essential part of good business management and QuickBooks Self-Employed is designed to help you have confidence in this area. In the interest of making sure we're on the same page about what kind of information you're hoping to enter into QuickBooks Self-Employed, I'd like you to get in touch with the dedicated support team.

These agents are trained to know the ins and outs of the program to guide you through the process of making sure everything lines up as it should. When you get in contact, the agent can collect the specific details of what you're trying to do from you to let you know your options. To get in touch, follow these steps.

  1. Select the Assistant tool.
  2. Type and enter "Talk to human."
  3. Follow the prompts to reach an agent.

Check out the Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed support page to learn where to find the Assistant tool while using a browser or the app.

Don't hesitate to reach out! I hope you have a great rest of your day.
