How do I exclude a transaction in banking from QuickBooks? Trying trashcan method and nothing happens?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quickbooks community support. 

Firstly in your QBO portal;

1. Click on Banking.

2.  Then select the bank account you wish to delete or exclude the transition(s) from.

3.  Once you have done this, select the batch action you need, excluded. 

4. Then you can click over to the excluded tab and you will sell all the transactions you have excluded.

 5. If you like to delete one or more transactions, repeat the same process in step 3.  

6. Finally click on delete then select yes. All selected transactions will now be permanently deleted.
