I am in the process of backing up all my data from Quickbooks and the only thing I can't seem to export are all the images and photos of receipts that I added to my expenses. Is there a way to do this without manually exporting from each expense?

Hello there, @736631.

I'm happy to share information on how to export the attachments from QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can export your attachments by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Under Lists, select Attachments.
  4. On the Attachments page, check the box on the attachments you want to export.
  5. Click on the Batch Actions' drop-down arrow.
  6. Select Export.

Just know that your attachments will be exported in a zip format.

For further details you can check this article: Export reports, lists, and more.
