How do I find and print a t4 from 2023

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to download or print your T4 slips as necessary.  I would be glad to help!

Once you've created and filed T4 slips, they will be archived.  However, you can review and print them by following these steps;

1. Open Payroll from the left menu, then Payroll tax
2. Select the Filings tab, then Archive
3. Locate the Employee T4 slips and hit View
4. Click on the Print icon
