How do I fix a QBO error keeps saying it can't connect to Bank of Montreal Canada and to try again in few hours, has been saying this for a couple weeks?

Last bank update was September 16.  Seems to happen every couple months.

In order to fix the issue you've described, I recommend disconnecting and re-connecting your bank connection in QuickBooks. You can disconnect a bank account by navigating to your Transactions page > click on the bank in question > select the pencil ✎ icon >  Edit account info  > hit the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. From here you can click Save so your changes are saved and that the bank is disconnected. Thank you! That worked. I did have to manually enter a couple transactions that didn’t come over but otherwise all good
