How do I fix this error:"Paycheque sync error - This transaction's date is on or before your company's closing date."?

The first payroll we did after switching to QBO (a few months ago) looks like it is not posted anywhere, though it does show up under the payroll tab...  Can I delete and redo without messing up source deductions, etc.?

In order to get you past this error message and get that payroll affecting your accounts correctly, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team. They'll be able to view your account with you in a secure environment in order to view the cause of this error and to get you back to entering your payroll in your books.
