I've posted in Kijiji, and published my profile on QB Pro Advisors, being certified.
Still looking for my 1st client. Any suggestion, ideas welcome ! Thanks
Hey there! Congratulations on taking your first steps! Advertising online is a great place to start. Here are a few ideas to get you started brainstorming.
- ask a family friend for referrals
- ask colleagues if they have any extra work they need help with
- create relationships with accountants for referrals/ask them for referrals
- join online groups and answer questions from business owners
- create flyers and distribute them
- talk to other businesses that serve your ideal clients and ask if you can advertise in their business (put up flyers or have them refer to you)
