How do I get the mileage tracker to show up in the menu? I get a profit and loss button instead of mileage?

To see a more detailed list of menu options, all it takes is toggling to the menu view, which is typically represented by three lines in the app. You may even see a "Shortcuts" versus "All" option once you've gotten to the menu.
