Question

How do I get the mileage tracker to show up in the menu? I get a profit and loss button instead of mileage?

Hello normjanssen-telu,

Thanks for joining us in the QuickBooks Community. From what you've mentioned here of what you're seeing, it sounds to me like you may be using the QuickBooks Online mobile app to work with your business information. That's a handy way to keep on top of certain details in your books on the go, and I'd be happy to help you find the Mileage section.

Similarly to QuickBooks Online when viewed in a browser or the QuickBooks Online app for Windows/Mac, there's a Dashboard view that highlights some of the staple features. In the mobile app, the Profit & Loss report is one of those things you'll see on the Dashboard. To see a more detailed list of menu options, all it takes is toggling to the menu view, which is typically represented by three lines in the app. You may even see a "Shortcuts" versus "All" option once you've gotten to the menu. Using either of these, you'll be able to see and work with the Mileage feature. Here's an article that goes over this feature: Automatically track mileage in QuickBooks Online

That should get you back on track, but I'll be here if you need further assistance with this. Don't hesitate to reply to this thread with more details and any screenshots you think may be helpful to getting to the bottom of this.

Have a great rest of your day!
