How do I Import Quicken files to Quickbooks online?

QuickBooks Online

Hi there,

Glad to have you reach out to us here. I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction with importing your data so you can get back to doing what you enjoy the most.

Depending on the type of data you're looking to import, I encourage you to check out the following article as it shows you how to: Import Data into QuickBooks Online. While there are import limitations with importing the certain file types/data, you can also look into using third-party data migration apps that you can search for on our app store by visiting www.apps.com. I recommend choosing an app that suits your business needs based on the app description and the reviews.

Let me know if this info helps. I'll be one message away in case you have other questions. Otherwise, I wish you a great rest of the day.

WHat I read on line says to download the Convert Quick file for the year of the data and then go to quickbooks 2024 - file utilities and find the convert tab but my version does not have it

Hi Rick Elliott,

The ability to convert your Quicken Data to QuickBooks Desktop isn't available in Canada. As suggested above, you will need to review other options with third party apps.

If you have any other questions, reach out again. We would be glad to assist!
