How do I leave feedback when none of the feedback buttons open a dialog?

Not only does the feedback buttons do absolutely nothing, the search in QBOnline help doesn't search on any of my search terms. That's just one of the pieces of crappy functionality that  I want to leave feedback on. But no way to do that without wasting more of my precious time.

Welcome back to the Intuit Community and thanks for reaching out here. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have with us. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to ensure that you're able to submit a feedback. 

 

If you're unable to successfully send a feedback, you'd want to clear your browser’s cache so the system can start fresh. Also, you can use other other supported web browsers. 

 

Once logged in, you can try sending a feedback again. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback
  3. Type in your suggestion in the description box. 
  4. Click Next.  

If the issue persists, you can also try accessing your account using a private browser or an incognito browser. This allows us to isolate this unexpected behavior when trying to share a feedback for a possible browser-related. You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari: Command + Shift + N
