How do I print a T4 to mail

After you created and filed T4 slips, they become archived. You can review and print archived T4s by following these steps.

1. Head to "Payroll", then click on "Payroll tax"

2. Select the "Filings" tab

3. Scroll to the bottom and choose "Archived forms and filings"

4. Choose the desired form.

5. Click "View"

6. In the top right, you'll see the options to "Download or Print the form".
