How do I record a transaction from a different bank account

It's nice to see you here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic accounting software with the features you need to keep your books aligned.  We know there'll be times when business expenses are paid with personal funds and this can be recorded seamlessly.  I recommend reaching out to your accountant for their expertise to ensure the transactions are directed to the correct accounts.  Once you have that information, you can create a journal entry to record the transactions.  If you don't have an accountant, we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your local area.
