How do I remove a company profile from my account?

Hi there,

 

If you have multiple QuickBooks Online accounts linked to the same username and password, you'll see each company when you login. You'll select the account you'd like to work with from the list, making it easy to switch companies without having to log in and out. If one of the companies is no longer in use, or the account has been cancelled, I can see why you'd like to remove this profile from your account.

 

Once a company has been cancelled, it'll still appear in the company login page for 1 year. Any cancelled companies will be listed in the "Cancelled Companies" section, and your active accounts will appear at the top. There's no way to permanently delete the "Cancelled Companies" accounts, as you have read-only access for 365 days once cancelled.

 

If you have an active account you need to cancel, you can do this by clicking the Gear icon > Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > Cancel Subscription.
