How do I set up a new account in my existing profile for a separate company?

Congrats on starting up a new company! QuickBooks Online lets you create multiple new companies under one log in so you can easily switch between them to help save you time and effort. I'd be happy to help you get a new company set up under your existing account.

In order to set up a new company under your existing account you first need to go to our pricing page. From there select the version of QuickBooks Online that you wish to use and if you want the discount or first month at no charge. Once you make that choice click on the buy now option which will bring you to a create account screen. At the top you'll see an option that says Already have an Intuit account? Sign in. Click on Sign in and enter your log in information.

That's all there is to it. Once you follow these steps you'll have a new company created which you can switch between by clicking on Gear>Switch Companies.
