How do you delete the invite employee for payroll information on their settings?

Hi adriana57,

 

QuickBooks offers a variety of features which help you get ahead with your work. I'd be glad to share more information about deleting an employee invite.

 

QuickBooks makes it easy to remove a user on the account, here's how:

 

  1. Select Settings ⚙, then Manage Users. If you can’t select this, you don’t have permission to manage other users. Contact an admin user for help.
  2. Find the user you want to delete. Select the small arrow icon in the Action column.
  3. Select Delete, then select Delete again in the confirmation window.

If you've sent the invite using Workforce, there isn't a way yet to delete an employee from the access. The same applies for pending email invites. I recommend checking out this article for more info on this.
