How do you transfer over a previous years transactions to QB?

Making sure that your transactions are all entered correctly is important to make sure that your books are balanced. QuickBooks Online gives you the option to import certain lists as well as transactions in order to make the process of data entry easier. I can provide some assistance with this.

When it comes to importing previous transactions, there are 4 types of transactions that can be imported: Bank Transactions, Invoices, Bills and Journal Entries. You can import them all from either a .csv file or an Excel file. You can do so by navigating to the Gear icon, then Import Data. You can browse your computer to find the file and select to import it.
