How to change date format for Invoices generated on QB Desktop?

I am having trouble trying to change the date format on invoices generated through QB. I have changed the date format via Preferences -> Reports -> date format. However this does not affect the date on the invoices. I would like to change the format so that it shows DD/MM/YYYY or 20 Jan 2023. Does anyone else have this issue?

It's vital that all your transactions contain the correct information for your customers. QuickBooks Desktop is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales as well as expenses to see the profit f your company. I can point you in the right direction for assistance.

 

if the change in the settings didn't affect the invoices, you'd need to reach out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the invoices and your settings in order to help you make sure it shows up correctly. You can reach them using the options provided in the QuickBooks Desktop software support policies.
