Hi there,

QuickBooks is a versatile program which allows you to customize your form styles among other great features. I'd be glad to share more info and help steer you in the right direction.

At this time QuickBooks doesn't offer the capability to change the font colour on your custom forms but you can change the font and its size. If you have QuickBooks Online Essentials or Plus you can create separate templates for your invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. You can also have multiple templates for each form.

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select New Style.
  3. Select the type of form you want to create.

To edit the font, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Design tab.
  2. Give your template a name.
  3. Select Change up the template to choose a layout. These layouts are fixed. We recommend the Airy Classic. If you want to add SKUs or create progress invoices, you need to use Airy Classic.
  4. Select Try other colours to pick a colour scheme for you template (this ins't for the font colour). You can also enter a hex code to use a truly custom colour.
  5. Select Get choosy with your font to change the font and size.
  6. Once you're satisfied with your edits. click Done.
