How to delete a mistakenly archived monthly form?

1. Login to QuickBooks Online: Log in to your QuickBooks Online account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Transactions: Once logged in, go to the "Transactions" or "Banking" tab, depending on the type of transaction you need to delete.

3. Locate the Transaction: Find and select the transaction you want to delete from the list. This might be in the form of an expense, invoice, bill, or any other type of transaction.

4. Open the Transaction: Open the transaction by clicking on it. This will take you to the details page of that transaction.

5. Delete the Transaction: On the transaction details page, look for the option to delete the transaction. Typically, you'll find a "Delete" or "More" button/icon that will give you the option to delete the transaction. Click on this option.

6. Confirm Deletion: After clicking the "Delete" option, the system will usually ask you to confirm the deletion. Confirm that you indeed want to delete the transaction.

7. Review and Update Balances: Once the transaction is deleted, QuickBooks Online will adjust the account balances accordingly. Make sure to review your accounts and ensure that the balances are accurate.

8. Note for Reconciliation: If the transaction you are deleting has been reconciled in the past, you will need to adjust your reconciliation in QuickBooks Online to account for the deletion. Consult your reconciliation records to ensure your books remain accurate.
