How to delete an expense that has been downloaded twice

Welcome to the Community! QuickBooks Online's Bank feeds feature allows you to reduce manual entry and save valuable time. Sometimes a duplicate transaction may appear, but don't worry, I'll explain how to handle this. 

 

When you have a duplicate transaction in the For review tab of the Banking screen, you can remove it using the Exclude function. This is done by ticking the box to the left of the duplicate, then clicking the Exclude button that appears. The transaction is then moved to the Excluded tab, where it'll stay just in case you ever need it, or if something is excluded in error. If the duplicate transaction was already added to your books from the banking screen, you'll need to delete the transaction from the chart of accounts as well as exclude the transaction from the Banking menu.
