HOW TO DELETE T4 SLIPS IN ARCHIVE

I am trying to fix the xml file as it has no style information. I need to delete the archive files. How do I do this ?

Welcome back to the Community. I'll be happy to share more info so you're on the right path.

Here's how to delete an archived T4 in QuickBooks:

Select Payroll and then Payroll Tax.
Select Filings and then Archive.
Select the dropdown menu on T4 Employee Slips and select delete. This will remove the forms from the archive.
